Refund & Return Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms relating to refunds for digital products and training courses provided by LASH LOUNGE BY KATE PTY LTD (ABN: 47 946 202 028 ACN 696 101 970).

By purchasing a course or digital product, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of our courses and downloadable materials, all sales are generally final once access has been granted.

When you purchase a course, you receive immediate access to digital training materials, including videos, downloads, and course content. Because this content cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase selection

  • Lack of time to complete the course

  • Personal circumstances

Please ensure the course is suitable for you before purchasing.


2. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review the request.

Where verified, we may provide a refund for the duplicate transaction.


3. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Suspension of course access

  • Removal from the course platform

Missed payments do not cancel the remaining payment obligations.


4. Access Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for technical issues that can be resolved through support.


5. Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting Lash Lounge by Kate PTY LTD to resolve the issue may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of course access

  • Permanent removal from the course platform

  • Restriction from purchasing future products


6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product or service is found to be faulty, not delivered, or significantly different from what was described, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
