3. Recording & Distribution

Recording, screenshotting, downloading, sharing, or distributing course content without permission is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorised use of course materials may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Removal from the course platform

  • Legal action where applicable

4. Payments

All course fees must be paid in full before access to the course is granted unless a payment plan is offered.

If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal of course access.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to course materials, refunds may be limited or unavailable once access has been granted.

Access to the course may be terminated without refund if a student:

  • Shares login details

  • Distributes course content

  • Breaches intellectual property rights

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions
