Please read the below information regarding the shipping of physical lash kits purchased as part of training or course inclusions.

Lash Kit Shipping

Physical lash kits are shipped separately from digital products, online course access, or training confirmations.

Lash kits may be ordered and dispatched via trusted third-party suppliers on your behalf and sent directly to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for your lash kit order to be processed and arranged after purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on:

  • supplier dispatch times

  • product availability

  • shipping carrier delays

  • your delivery location

As lash kits are fulfilled through third-party suppliers, delivery times may vary and are not always guaranteed.

Lash Kit Contents

Lash kit contents may vary slightly depending on supplier availability and stock levels.

Where necessary, equivalent items of similar function and value may be substituted to ensure your training kit can still be fulfilled.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Delays & Third-Party Fulfilment

While every effort is made to ensure your lash kit is ordered and dispatched as smoothly as possible, occasional delays may occur that are outside of our control.

This may include:

  • supplier processing delays

  • courier delays

  • stock availability issues

  • shipping disruptions

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your lash kit has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at kate@lashloungebykate.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note that once an order has been placed with a third-party supplier, shipping and delivery timeframes may be subject to that supplier’s and/or courier’s policies.

Digital Products & Training Access

Any digital course access, downloadable materials, or training-related information are delivered separately and are not subject to physical shipping timeframes.
